The momentum of the winter cold that came in haste is formidable from the beginning.
It is the first time in history that a cold wave warning has been issued nationwide in November. This morning, the temperature in Seoul fell significantly below freezing, with temperatures of -6.9 degrees Celsius in Seoul and -10.5 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong.
Even during the day, the temperature will not rise significantly.
Seoul will stay at minus 3 degrees and Cheongju at -1 degrees, and the southern region, which has a relatively higher temperature, will actually feel cold wind blowing and the perceived temperature will stay below freezing throughout the day.
In this cold, some snow clouds were also created in the west coast region, so it is snowing like this. From now on, it will continue until tomorrow, up to 7cm or more in the western Jeonbuk and Jeju Island mountains, and 1-3cm in the other west coast regions.
It seems that even the wind will blow very strongly here, so please be careful of various traffic accidents and safety accidents.
By the weekend, the momentum of this cold will slow down slightly, but for the time being, the weather will continue to be colder than usual.
