Tomorrow (30th), the last day of November, a cold wave will strike, with the lowest temperature in the morning in Seoul dropping to minus 7 degrees and the perceived temperature dropping to minus 13 degrees.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, after the pressure trough that has been raining since yesterday escaped to the east, the cold continental high pressure approached behind it, and the temperature began to decline from daytime today.

It is expected that the temperature will be below freezing from this evening.

As the jet stream flow in the upper atmosphere has recently changed from 'west to east' to 'north to south', the cold air trapped in the Arctic will move south and support the continental high pressure, so the cold will be severe.

My morning minimum temperature will drop between minus 11 and 2 degrees.

The morning temperature in the central inland will drop below minus 5 degrees, with morning temperatures dropping to minus 10 degrees in northern Gyeonggi and Gangwon-do.

The lowest temperature this morning was between 8 and 18 degrees, far above the normal temperature (4 degrees below zero to 6 degrees below zero), so the morning temperature drops more than 15 degrees in one day.

As a result, a cold wave warning was issued all over the country, except for Jeju (excluding Jeju's mountains) and a few inland areas.

In particular, cold wave warnings were issued only in Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Ongjin-gun, Incheon, Mokpo-si, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (excluding Heuksan-myeon), Heuksan-do, Hong-do, Ulleung-do, and Dok-do, and cold wave warnings were issued for the rest of the region, including all of Seoul.

A cold wave warning (warning) is issued when the minimum temperature in the morning is 15 degrees (10 degrees) or lower than the previous day, below 3 degrees, and at least 3 degrees lower than normal.

Until this morning, it will be a very mild day than usual, and then it will suddenly get colder, so the cold will feel worse.

Again, strong winds will double the cold.

In the center of the central inland, the feeling temperature will drop to around -10 degrees Celsius, and especially in the northwestern part of Gangwon-do, the feeling temperature will drop to -20 degrees below zero.

Currently, strong wind warnings have been issued in Jeju, the west coast, and the south coast, and strong wind warnings have been issued in Yeongdong, Gangwon.

The lowest temperature tomorrow morning in Seoul is minus 7 degrees, and the feeling temperature will be minus 13 degrees.

In Daejeon, the lowest temperature is minus 6 degrees and the feeling temperature is minus 12 degrees.

The forecast for tomorrow's lowest temperature in other major cities is minus 6 degrees in Incheon (minus 15 degrees), -1 degrees in Gwangju (minus 6 degrees), -3 degrees in Daegu (minus 9 degrees), -1 degrees in Ulsan (minus 6 degrees), Busan is 0 degrees (-6 degrees below zero).

Many areas will stay below freezing during the day tomorrow.

In Seoul, the highest temperature during the day tomorrow is minus 3 degrees, and at this time, the feeling temperature will be minus 8 degrees.

The expected highest temperature in major cities is Incheon -3 degrees Celsius (feeling temperature -9 degrees Celsius), Daejeon/Gwangju 1 degree (minus 3 degrees), Daegu/Ulsan 3 degrees (minus 1 degree), Busan 5 degrees (video 1 degree) )no see.

This cold wave will be 'peak' on Thursday, the morning of the 1st of next month.

The lowest temperature on the morning of the 1st of next month is expected to be 14 to 1 degree below zero.

The highest temperature during the day will be between minus 2 and 6 degrees.

The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that the temperature would turn upward from the daytime on the 1st of next month, but the cold would continue, with the highest daytime temperature remaining below freezing until the 2nd.

Also, even if the temperature rises to the normal level after the 2nd, it cannot be said that the cold is going away because we have already entered the period when the cold will appear.

As the cold air passes over the relatively warm West Sea, a cloud belt will be created over the West Sea due to the temperature difference between the atmosphere and sea level (sea temperature difference).

Snow is expected from the west coast tomorrow morning as this band of clouds is brought in by the northwest wind.

The west coast of Jeollanam-do will be affected by snow clouds until dawn on the 1st of next month, and Jeju until the afternoon.

The western Jeonbuk and Jeju mountains are expected to have snowfall of 1 to 5 cm, up to 7 cm or more.

It is possible to exceed the standard for issuing a heavy snowfall warning (24-hour snowfall is expected to be 5 cm or more).

The west coast of Chungnam, the inland of central Chungnam, the inland of northern Chungnam, and the western part of Jeonnam are expected to be between 1 and 3 cm.

A northwest wind close to the north wind will blow, so the snow cloud belt will not come deep inland.

However, there may be one more precipitation on the night of the 1st of next month, and at this time, as the wind direction changes closer to the westerly, there is a possibility that it will snow in parts of the metropolitan area, such as southern Gyeonggi.

The shape of the snow is closer to a 'needle' rather than thick snow, so it is unlikely to accumulate well.
