  From the perspective of the wholesale side, the average daily market volume of vegetables in major agricultural product wholesale markets in Beijing has been 21,700 tons in the past week. Especially in recent days, the market volume has risen steadily, reaching 22,400 tons today. Stable, with wholesale prices down 25% year-on-year and retail prices down 20% year-on-year.

The average daily volume of pork on the market is between 450 and 500 tons. The government's pork reserve release work continues, wholesale prices continue to decline, and retail prices remain stable.

The average daily market volume of eggs is about 400 tons, the supply is stable, and the wholesale and retail prices are basically stable.

Grain and oil market purchases and sales are orderly and stocks are sufficient.

From the perspective of the retail side, supermarket stores, direct sales, and fresh food e-commerce companies have stocked up 3 to 5 times the usual amount. Affected by the epidemic, some stores were temporarily closed due to epidemic prevention and control, but passed the quick inspection. Basically, operations can be resumed quickly, and the company also maintains a stable overall supply at the end by deploying employees in a timely manner and increasing transportation capacity.

  Overall, the sources of pork and eggs are relatively stable, and the supply is stable.

Since late November, the proportion of vegetables in Hainan, Yunnan and other southern production areas has gradually increased. For example, eggplants and pumpkins in Yunnan and wax gourds in Guangxi have recently begun to appear on the market. At present, the supply places in Beijing are producing normally and the supply is sufficient.

Recently, with the strengthening of measures to ensure smooth traffic across the country, vehicles transporting daily necessities from other cities to Beijing have relatively smooth road traffic.
