Shopping centers in Abu Dhabi that include shops and outlets have offered discounts of up to 75% on the occasion of "White Friday", which is the last Friday of November every year.
The cuts included basic food commodities, led by meat, poultry, fish, milk, rice, oils, vegetables and fruits, as well as smart phones, tablets, smart TVs, home appliances, furniture and clothes.
Consumers told "Emirates Today" that they focused on purchasing greatly discounted goods, calling for extending the discounts for several days to maximize their benefit.

Outlet officials said that the discounts also included their websites, noting that some outlets announced that the discounts would last for one day, while others extended the discounts to include the weekend.
