"Emirates Today", Dubai Courts, and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai are launching a humanitarian initiative called "Yak Al-Awn" for the third season, aimed at releasing financially distressed prisoners and citizens being prosecuted in the Emirate of Dubai, coinciding with the state's joy on the 51st Union Day.

Yak Al-Awn is considered a pioneering national community initiative within the newspaper's initiatives.

The initiative seeks to release 51 financially distressed citizens, whose debts amount to five million, 708 thousand and 634 dirhams. Emirates Today was provided with the numbers of citizens included in the initiative after studying their files and approving them by the Committee (Courts of Charity) in Dubai Courts.

Tarish Eid Al-Mansoori, Director General of Dubai Courts, said: “We are pleased to launch again the Charity Courts initiative and participate in the (Yaak Al-Awn) initiative in its third season, to contribute to the release of 51 citizens who defaulted on payments, in conjunction with the celebration of the 51st Union Day, by standing On their side to restore their normal lives and avoid the mistakes of the past, and to give them a new opportunity to integrate into society and return to righteous behavior, and to benefit from the lessons and lessons that they went through during the past period, and to feel the solemnity of the occasion in becoming in the coming days good individuals who participate in work and construction, and add to The path of goodness and development, and that they have the conviction that correct behavior is the way to a decent life in this honorable country.
