  Not long ago, a survey of 2004 respondents conducted by the China Youth Daily Social Survey Center (wenjuan.com) showed that 90.5% of the respondents had the habit of swiping their mobile phones before going to bed, and men were more likely to Women are more common.

Interaction analysis showed that the proportion of male respondents (91.7%) was higher than that of female respondents (89.4%).

The proportion of respondents in third- and fourth-tier cities (94.1%) is the highest, followed by respondents in second-tier cities (90.5%).

According to the survey, 63.2% of the interviewees said that their eyes would be dry, red and swollen, 49.6% of the interviewees admitted that they would easily lead to irregular work and rest and affect memory, and 42.2% of the interviewees felt that hair loss and dull skin were serious.

First, swiping your phone before going to bed, using your eyes at close range for a long time, and problems with light and posture will all lead to more serious visual fatigue.

Second, if you swipe your phone for a long time in an environment with insufficient light, it may cause glaucoma attacks in people who already have a tendency to angle-closure glaucoma.
