A Syrian woman killed her husband by suffocation and stabbing, then went to sleep quietly before waking up to the noise of the police while she was in the courtyard of the house investigating the details of the crime.

To calm her down again, she denies any connection to his death.

In the details, the countryside of Damascus in Syria witnessed a heartbreaking crime, in which a forty-year-old man was killed by his wife, in conjunction with her boyfriend, according to Sky News Arabia.

The Syrian Ministry of Interior said that a forty-year-old man was admitted to a hospital and had passed away.

She added that after investigating the incident, it was found that the person had been strangled and stabbed with a knife, and he was rescued by his brothers, who found him lying next to his house.

The Syrian Ministry of Interior indicated that by examining the whereabouts of the body, no traces of a crime were found, but after searching the house of the deceased, his wife was suspected.

She added that by interrogating her, she claimed that the crime occurred while she was asleep and woke up to the screams of her husband's brothers, who found his body in the agricultural land.

And she added that, after confronting her with evidence and her contradictory statements, she confessed to having killed her husband in partnership with her boyfriend by strangling him and stabbing him with a knife due to personal differences between them.

The accused added that she had moved the body out of the house, along with her boyfriend, who fled.
