The Egyptians call the factories that produce spoiled goods the title of “Bir al-Salam” factories, indicating that they are unlicensed and aim to make the largest possible profit by harming people.

And we find it the best description of satellite channels, newspapers, and websites that compete fiercely in extinguishing the inner light of viewers and followers, by firing a terrible number of missiles that reach their minds and cast bad shadows and impurities on their hearts, and inevitably negatively affect their outlook on life, their behavior with others, and their dealings with themselves as well.

We agree with Hugo: "Man can break down like a ship, and the anchor is consciousness. It is sad that consciousness can break."

And so that consciousness does not break and we drown in the media of peace and define our consciousness, as Marx says: “Consciousness does not determine the existence of people, but rather the social existence that determines their consciousness”;

So we had to put the flags of Bir al-Salam in its proper place.

The media is supposed to be interested in spreading correct information, presenting community issues, striving to bring about change in society, and influencing public opinion.

It is unfortunate that the majority of the Arab media industry tends - consciously or unconsciously - to extinguish the inner light of the followers.

The light of the mind, the light of the heart, the light of prioritization, the light of relationships with oneself and with others recedes greatly, and darkness spreads in its degrees, and we alert to the conflict of interests between our inner light and the flags of Bir al-Salam where darkness and darkness are.

In the whole world, the broadcaster's job is limited to interacting with the guest and asking questions that the audience cares about, not what he wants.

And if he wishes to put forward his point of view, he says it as a question from the audience, and does not pursue his guest and besiege him to force him to adopt it, as we see a lot in the media of Bir al-Salm, which is widespread, penetrating, and currently pervasive in our Arab world.

We find a broadcaster holding the microphone for a long time to get rid of her personal problems and export them to viewers.

Men are a mass of flaws and women are angels without wings, so they get a lot of followers and act like they are the role model to follow!

Then another announcer responded by singing naivety and crude exaggeration of the beauty of men, to reap, in turn, a great deal of admiration from some men!

It is certain that both broadcasters do not respect the minds of women or men, and we do not know where each of them came from with the unjustified audacity to advise male and female viewers on the most delicate matters of their personal lives, with a clear absence of culture, science, sophistication, and the ability to choose appropriate words to talk about marital relations and portray them as an arena for conflict. Or to lie down in front of the other party.

These two models are just two examples of the many and many that have spread;

Is a broadcaster asking a famous husband and wife about the food they prefer, and bringing someone who tells people about signs at home that show exposure to envy, and shows off her clothes and rides on planes in the business class?

Qualified to advise Eve, how to deter a man so as not to turn her off?

As if it is something that is lit from the outside, and how can you get married and divorced several times and not care?!

How can a broadcaster bring celebrities of both sexes and all ages to strip themselves in front of people and tell shameful details about themselves, perhaps in the hope of regaining the lights that have gone or for some money? For example: leave him joking with his female colleagues at work and do not stress him, when he is a small child, make him appear as if he is the victor and you take the decisions, so what respect for this man, and give your brother a bell to call you when he wants a cup of tea!

We wonder, and this is our right: What training did they get?

And who are you?

And what is the culture or education that made them with all this strange audacity, condescension, and deification of the viewers, and giving them advice with an obnoxious superiority?

What right does a broadcaster have to shout at viewers to protect a female singer from addiction?

As if it was a national issue that the Arabs should rally around instead of the main issues that should preoccupy them and motivate them to seek it, such as justice, economic prosperity, or lifting the poor out of poverty, and striving to put the Arabs in a distinguished position in the world, politically or scientifically.

Who is the genius who made them repeat their words slowly, wait seconds between some words, and then continue as if the viewers needed to take a breath to absorb the words that exceed their mental capabilities to absorb it?

Where did some broadcasters come from with the audacity and brazenness to advise viewers to be austere?

Some of them advised them to buy local, not imported, pasta and oil, and he himself exposed his complete and clear absence from reality, as the majority of viewers never thought of buying imported food, and they struggle to remain in a state of concealment.

We do not deny them praising some officials who deserved it or not, as it is a phenomenon in the whole world, but exaggerating it is a disregard for minds and obliteration of them, even after a while.

The continuous drum deafens the ear, or makes it lose focus in quiet sounds, which is what media drumming professionals do, and most of them do.

It was said in the past that if a dog bites a man, this is not news, and if a man bites a dog, then this is news.

And we have gone beyond that, and many - even on some large satellite channels and the websites of famous newspapers - have the man and the dog biting a dog in pursuit of great excitement and to double the viewership.

There is no consolation for those who do not pay attention to the seriousness of this on their inner light, as they find themselves between two options, the sweetest of which is bitter: either completely withdrawing from all this media, and not following what some throw in Arab societies, and gradually losing touch with societal changes and building high walls separating them from them.

The other option is paying attention when little and calculated exposure to this media and its components, being vigilant and wearing masks and mental and psychological shields to reduce what leaks to them during exposure to it, and hastening to mentally and emotionally "wash" to expel the impurities that may be attached to their inner light.

We prefer this choice while reducing alertness during exposure to prevent mental damage or reduce it as much as we can, and “gratitude” for not being involved in it, and for alerting us to its danger, and being careful to dedicate awareness of this to those we love and avoid arguing with its defenders, in order to protect our inner light that may be eroded due to the constant exhaustion with the argumentators. Or with those who call themselves "ultras" media professionals of this era.

Unfortunately, many websites compete in attracting followers by publishing inappropriate pictures of actresses, some of whom are submerged, competing in nudity as if they were in a show to sell slave girls, and they call these pictures bold looks, and only some satellite channels, whose favorite material has become the search for scandals, compete with them in this decline. .

We do not know how they persuade some actresses and actors to expose their private lives and talk at strange lengths about the betrayals that the actresses were subjected to or that the actors committed, and they deliberately focus on family problems and talk about them in painful details to elicit sympathy from the viewers and perhaps as a kind of deliberate absence from their vital problems that exhaust them.

We do not demand a perfect media, as nothing in the universe is perfect, and we do not dream of a media that focuses all the time on people’s interests, as this is unrealistic, and we demand some respect for people’s minds and stop deliberately extinguishing their inner light, and that the media not become “the opium of contemporary peoples” as it is in the media The growing well of peace.

Every person has the right to obtain media that gives him news of interest and entertainment that makes him enjoy without regret, and that the time he allocates for media of all kinds, audio and video, and through the means of communication, is a “rest” in which his mind relaxes and renews his activity, not to deprive him of the light of his mind and the light of his inner heart gradually and maliciously, like doses of poison that The criminal puts it on his victim to kill him without leaving traces upon his autopsy, which is what many of those affiliated with Bir al-Salam media do, consciously or unconsciously.

Nietzsche says: "Do not stare long into the abyss so that the abyss does not look at you", that is, so that it does not draw us into it without our awareness, which must be done immediately and forever with all kinds of this media.
