Seven months after the divorce from Leticia Finley, Tish for short, Billy Ray Cyrus is preparing for the next wedding.
The American country musician got engaged to singer Firerose in August, the American country musician told People magazine.
Since the 61-year-old had no time to buy the traditional diamond ring, the 34-year-old bride later designed the piece of jewelery herself.
"It's a happy, pure love," Cyrus said.
The musician ("Old Town Road") met Firerose twelve years ago on the Disney studio lot in Los Angeles.
After years of friendship, the couple began writing and composing together during the pandemic.
During a visit to Cyrus' ranch in Tennessee last summer, the country singer finally got on one knee in front of the Australian to propose to her.
After a time of "bad", Cyrus alluded to the turbulent relationship with the film producer Finley, the time of "good" has now begun.
In the more than 25 years of marriage, the couple had repeatedly filed for divorce.
Out of consideration for their five children, including the actress and singer Miley Cyrus, Cyrus and the fifty-five-year-old had been reconciled again and again.
