The New Media Academy, the first innovative academy of its kind in the field of digital media in the Middle East, signed with 34 exclusive content makers, who underwent more than 4,800 hours of training, as part of the third batch of its pioneering program “Content Knight”, who numbered 48 content makers. Arabs, they were chosen from among more than 1,200 applicants.

In its third edition, the program continued its remarkable successes, thus establishing the vision of the academy that was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in 2020, with the aim of supporting talents in the Arab region, and helping them create creative and distinguished content, including Contribute to the advancement of Arabic digital content, both in terms of content and method.

The third batch of “Content Knight” witnessed a remarkable expansion in the number of exclusive content makers in the academy, who exceeded the number of the first and second batches combined, and reached 24 exclusive content makers, which confirms the growing success of the program in qualifying an elite group of Arab content makers, and developing their skills as influencers in the field. Local and global digital platforms, and give them opportunities and capabilities to chart an independent creative career path.

The culmination of exclusive content makers comes in the third batch, after the previous two batches witnessed a growth in the number of followers of exclusive content makers by 3496%, while the number of their followers reached 5.1 million followers, amassing 662.6 million views.

During the incubation phase, which lasts between 18 and 24 months, the creators of exclusive content will receive continuous support to enhance their presence on social media platforms effectively and positively.

The incubation phase aims to create a digital identity characterized by high-quality content standards, including writing, photography, publishing, formulating content management strategies, attracting audiences and interacting with them positively and purposefully.

The third batch of the program witnessed intensive and attended workshops, which exceeded the previous versions, and focused on the fields of storytelling and text writing, with the participation of elite experts and academics from different countries of the world. The trainees underwent evaluation tests that included the production of more than 300 texts and 150 videos during the training period.

The program, which attracted about 6,000 people who applied to participate in its three editions, provides a fertile and conducive environment for qualifying young people from the Arab region who are empowered in the world of content creation, and provide positive content and inspiring life experiences that attract tens of thousands of followers, which leads to the promotion of Arabic digital content.

Participants in the third batch of "Content Knight" achieved remarkable success, as the growth rate of affiliate followers exceeded 35%, and trainees achieved more than one million views during the training period, which confirms in a practical way the success of the strategies to spread and reach the largest number of followers that the program follows. The audience of the participants increased in a short period of time as a result of their help in providing engaging content in a creative way.
