Sheikh Ali bin Faran Al Marri, President of the Emirate of Maraiba Center, hosted the Saudi adventurer Nayef Shukri during his journey from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi to celebrate the National Day.

Shoukry set off last Thursday from Riyadh to start his journey, which will last for a whole month, until he reaches Abu Dhabi, where he travels 1,200 km.

The adventurer, traveler Nayef Shukri, told "Emirates Today" that he decided to make his trip, which he called "the Saudi Emirati and the Emirati Saudi", for several goals, most notably the participation of the people of the Emirates on the National Day, and to express the interdependence, love and affection between the Saudi and Emirati peoples.

Shoukry said that the UAE government and people deserve to walk through a historic journey on foot.

He stated that the trip was documented through his personal accounts on social media, as it was broadcast live on his account on the social networking site "Tik Tok".

It is noteworthy that this trip is the tenth in his career, as he had 9 previous trips on foot, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at an average of 4,000 km on foot, most notably from Makkah to Madinah in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and from Jeddah to Neom and from Jeddah to Abha and Jeddah to AlUla.
