His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored the student Sham Muhammad Al-Bakour from Syria with the shield of the sixth session of the "Arab Reading Challenge", after a distinguished victory in the title among 22.27 million participants, who recorded the largest record participation in the history of the reading challenge since its inception.

The "Al-Mukhtar Gasolite School" from the Kingdom of Morocco won the title of "Outstanding School" and a prize of one million dirhams, after it excelled among more than 92,000 schools that participated in the sixth session of the "Arab Reading Challenge".
A middle and secondary school for private schools from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia won second place in the Distinguished School category in the "Arab Reading Challenge", and a prize worth 500,000 dirhams, while Al-Ahed Al-Zahir School from the Kingdom of Bahrain ranked third in the Distinguished School category, and won an award worth 300,000 dirhams in its sixth session.
The Mokhtar Gasolite School in Rabat, Morocco, was ranked first in the Kingdom of Morocco, and the primary school that has participated in the challenge since its inception.
The participation rate of its students reached 100%.
All departments of the school participated in supporting the participation of their students with motivating educational methods.
In turn, the private middle and secondary schools in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, won first place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the school launched and participated in initiatives supporting the idea of the challenge to spread the culture of reading, including cooperation with partners from the local community to expand the positive impact of reading, and training courses for students, teachers and parents.
Al-Ahed Al-Zahir Secondary School from the Northern Governorate in the Kingdom of Bahrain won the first place in the Kingdom, and the participation rate of its students in the challenge reached 100%.
