The police raided the entertainment agency Hook Entertainment.
The Serious Crime Investigation Division of the National Police Agency conducted a search and seizure of the Hook Entertainment office building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul from noon on the 10th for 5 hours.
It is very unusual for the police to search and confiscate an entertainment agency.
The specific reason why the police conducted a search and seizure against Hook Entertainment is unknown.
However, since the recent seizure and search of three listed companies related to actor Park Min-young's ex-lover Kang Jong-hyun, attention is focused on the background of this search and seizure.
Some in the entertainment industry are also of the opinion that Hook Entertainment's search and seizure has nothing to do with the Kang Jong-hyun incident.
