Traveling around the world while enjoying the cozy comfort of your home… A dream for some, made possible by the company Storylines based in Miami (USA).

According to CNBC, the builder has embarked on an incredible project.

By 2025, it will offer the wealthiest to buy an apartment within the MV Narrative, "the world's first ecologically sustainable private residence ship".

The latter will travel the world, from the Mediterranean to Australia, via South America and Asia.

It will circle the globe in the space of three years, stopping in the largest coastal cities.

A real mini-city

Each living space will have one to four bedrooms and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. In terms of services, the 11-storey liner will have everything you need: around twenty restaurants and bars, a gym, an outdoor fitness area with solarium, a yoga terrace, a racket sports ground, a spa and running track, a bowling alley, a cinema, but also a school, a post office, a library, offices, a bank…

The good health of passengers will be ensured with a hospital and an anti-aging clinic.

In addition, wealthy boaters can moor their motorboat or jet-ski in the marina.

Focus on sustainability

Of course, all this luxury has a cost: each of the 547 homes will be sold for one to eight million euros (24 or 60 year lease).

Storylines thus plans to amortize the price of the site, estimated at 1.5 billion euros.

In order to respond to environmental issues, the manufacturer promises that the MV Narrative will be partially self-sufficient thanks to photovoltaic panels and the conversion of passenger waste into energy.

It will run on natural gas, thus reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 25% compared to diesel engines.

A hydroponic vegetable garden will even allow owners to enjoy fresh vegetables.
