Massive use of water, deforestation, overfishing, carbon emissions… agriculture is one of the sectors with the greatest direct impact on the environment.
So many symptoms that an emerging sector is trying to remedy on its own scale, by breeding insects intended to produce proteins and flour to feed larger animals as well as to produce natural fertilizers.
