A collocation bringing together people with disabilities will see the light of day in Moulins (Allier).

The Villa Marguerite will thus welcome six roommates by the end of January 2023.

The latter will be able to move in once the work is completed, reports

.

13 flatshares of this type already exist in France.

The social utility company Homnia has been working with the association Le Club des Six since 2014 to create these shared accommodations.

The 14th will however be the first to open its doors in Auvergne.

Shared accommodation was designed to provide residents with an alternative to living in a home or with their parents.

The context is then more conducive to the development of a richer social life.

Six people will intervene daily in the Villa Marguerite to help the roommates during the toilet, meals, or any other need.

A person will remain nearby at night to deal with any emergency.

Now all that remains is to find candidates.
