Emirates Today provides a daily live broadcast of the journey of the Saudi adventurer, Nayef Shukri, from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi on foot to celebrate the UAE National Day.
Shoukry set off last Thursday from Riyadh and lasts for a whole month, covering 1200 km to reach Abu Dhabi under the title "The Saudi is an Emirati and the Emirati is a Saudi."
The adventurer, traveler Nayef Shukri, told "Emirates Today" that he decided to make his trip for several goals, most notably the participation of the people of the Emirates on the National Day, and to express the interdependence, love and affection between the Saudi and Emirati peoples.
Shoukry said that the UAE government and people deserve to walk through a historic journey on foot.
He stated that the trip was documented through his personal accounts on social media, as it was broadcast live on his account on the social networking site "Tik Tok".
It is noteworthy that this trip is the tenth in his career, as he had 9 previous trips on foot, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at an average of 4000 km on foot, most notably from Mecca to Medina in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, and from Jeddah to Neom and from Jeddah to Abha and Jeddah to AlUla.
