About 150 youth representatives from China and ASEAN countries exchanged views on topics such as "Volunteering and Green Development", "Volunteering and Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education".

  Wang Hongyan, vice chairman of the All-China Youth Federation, and Hong Mani, chairman of the Asian Youth Council, delivered opening speeches.

Mohad Zaidi Aziz, Secretary General of ASEAN Youth Cooperation Committee, and Zhang Zhaohui, Vice President and Secretary General of China Youth Volunteer Association, delivered keynote speeches.

He encouraged young people to promote a wide range of social attention to youth development and to actively engage in voluntary service.

Zhang Zhaohui introduced China's youth volunteer service work and international cooperation, and called on young volunteers from all over the world to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning around the theme of "Building a China-ASEAN Community of Shared Future", improve their abilities, and promote higher-quality exchanges and cooperation.

  This forum is co-organized by the All-China Youth Federation, the Asian Youth Council and the China Youth Volunteer Association, and hosted by the Guangxi Youth Federation, the Guangxi Youth Volunteer Association, and the China (Guangxi) International Youth Exchange College.

  The forum aims to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN youth volunteer service organizations, and mobilize young people from all countries to help promote the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and global development initiatives through volunteer services.

  In order to enhance the cooperation and friendship between the youths of China and ASEAN, since 2002, the All-China Youth Federation has successively hosted the ASEAN youth cadre training class, the “Bridge to the Future” China-ASEAN Youth Leaders Training Program, and the China-ASEAN Youth Camp. and other activities, and continue to send young volunteers to ASEAN countries.
