What did the fraudulent beauty queen do to meet her detained lover

A former Miss America impersonated a lawyer to be able to visit her boyfriend, who is being held in an immigration detention center.

Juliana Claire Strutt pleaded guilty to trying to impersonate her in an attempt to reunite her with "Habib" who is being held in Miami.

The former winner of the "Rhode Island" beauty contest claimed that she worked for a law firm that she had never hired as part of her detailed plan to get around the isolation rules due to Corona.

This came after the detention center temporarily suspended visits except for legal appointments due to the pandemic.

But the beautiful Belle nonetheless managed to break those rules.

Federal agents said she frequently visited the facility to see the person she was romantically involved with, the New York Post reported.

The 36-year-old submitted a letterhead to a law firm she was supposed to work for, but this was not true, according to the US Attorney's Office.

On October 27, Strout admitted entering a federal facility using fraudulent tactics, and was subsequently sentenced to one year in prison and 50 hours of community service.

Strout entered the Miss America contest in Rhode Island in 2009 and was crowned Miss that year.
