In his speech to an episode of "The Opposite Direction" program, he added that in its war on Ukraine, Moscow used all the weapons in its possession, and only the use of nuclear weapons was in front of it.
He did not rule out that Russia would resort to using this weapon when it felt more pressure, amid the retreat of its forces in many axes in Ukraine, noting that the Pentagon confirmed a few days ago its ability to paralyze the strength of the Russian army in a solution that decided to use nuclear weapons.
Speaking about the international isolation that has become imposed on Russia, he stressed that Moscow believes that Beijing stands with it in this war to confront what they call the Western axis, but the fact is that Beijing makes media statements in support of Moscow and at the same time supports its condemnation in the Security Council, and said that China is taking advantage of economic sanctions imposed on Russia in order to obtain gas at discounted prices.
On the other hand, the expert on Russian affairs, Bassam al-Bunni, said that the Third World War had already begun when the West and the United States decided to stand with Ukraine in the war between it and Russia, stressing that talking about Russia’s defeat in the war is ridiculous, because it is the strongest in the war and extends its hand peace constantly.
He added that Russia is defending itself in this war, in which the West wants to drag Russia to the use of strategic weapons that the West brandishes on a daily basis.
He added that China is obliged to stand with Russia, because if the West manages to bring Russia to its knees, and this is unlikely, according to his assertion, "it will devote itself to eliminating China," expressing his conviction that the West's launch of a major war against Russia will leave no choice for China but to stand by Russia. This was confirmed by the recent maneuvers that took place between the two countries.
