The band MC the Max Jeon Min-hyuk revealed the conflict between the members, saying that member Lee Soo registered the team's trademark rights without prior consent.

On the 24th, Jeon Min-hyuk posted a long statement on his YouTube channel's official community, saying, "I am writing this because many people have asked me about the MC the Max concert."

Jeon Min-hyuk said, "Since the contract expired in November 2021, there has been no interaction with the previous agency, and I found out about the 'MC The Max Isu Concert' through the Internet."

He continued, "In the past, when there was a trademark dispute, we kept the trademark rights together with the members, but now I know that the trademark right for 'MC The Max' belongs to Jeon Kwang-cheol (Lee Soo), the applicant, and I am also in the process of preparing a single album. I was quite embarrassed that I couldn't use the title 'of mc the max' in the show, but I didn't want to create a dispute, so I did not object and released the song under the name of Jeon Min-hyuk."

Jeon Min-hyuk said, "The name of the team 'MC The Max' is a name that came up after winning a lawsuit. However, the trademark right for the group name 'MC The Max' is currently registered as a trademark with the name of the applicant Jeon Kwang-cheol." I am very sorry that I registered without explanation or even notification."

In particular, Jeon Min-hyuk said, "I think the relationship between Isu and Isu became estranged, awkward, and distant at some point. It is difficult to tell all the details, but there were times when we raised our voices and argued with each other because of differences of opinion."

He also said that he wanted to correct any misunderstandings regarding the late member J.

Jeon Min-hyuk said, "There are people who know that the content of Jay's Twitter post, 'I threw away 7 years', was directed and ordered by me. I couldn't comfort Jay and said to Jay, 'Should I even post something?', 'No matter what happens, I will unconditionally support and follow your opinion.' A few hours later, the post came up and the wave was huge. It poured on me and I suffered a lot with all kinds of malicious comments.”

He continued, "The only thing I regret now is that I failed to mediate more wisely in the first place, and after that, I was indecisive, unable to give much strength to Jay, and stood by as a spectator. I am so sorry and regretful. I received an apology by text message later for the wrong things about me that were brought up on the show. I also heard that they would clear up the misunderstanding.

He continued, "I don't know what kind of words were exchanged between the two members. I don't know how the misunderstanding was caused. I'm always on the slow side of information within the team, so I was often delivered late. I think it's good to stay still. I have a tendency to find it difficult to make things, so I'm not good at things like that, and I'm not good at things like that.

Jeon Min-hyuk said, "I can confidently say that I endured a lot while at the company. Even though the conditions were worse than the existing contract, I wrote a contract to maintain and survive the team, and even if someone else has a drum session on the 20th anniversary album, I can say with confidence. I couldn't say anything." "There were many things, but the team is precious and my family is precious, so I only thought that everything would be okay if I endured it."

He continued, "I am well aware of what I have done in the team and that there are people who think that I am only a drummer. Although the recognition within the team may be low and the influence may be small, MC the Max is my 20s, 30s, and even now, it is the time of my youth. It is an important part of my life filled with memories and memories.”

Finally, Jeon Min-hyuk concluded the article by saying, “I don’t want anyone to blame anyone now.
