　　In order to solve development problems, improve grass-roots governance capabilities, realize no blind spots in community management, full response to residents’ demands, and no barriers to communication with neighbors, Xiguan Sub-district has innovated to promote the party building work in the community since January this year, and build a “home door service” under the leadership of the community party branch. "Governance system, focusing on responding to the new expectations of residents and satisfying the "mini-wish" of residents.
