A seminar was held online to learn lifesaving measures using AED using YouTubers who are active in virtual space.

This was planned by the Japan AED Foundation, which promotes the spread of AEDs, in collaboration with the virtual space character "Virtual YouTuber", which is also called "VTuber", and hopes that many people will be interested in it.

It was teamed up with a popular V-tuber named “Fubuki Shirakami” who has 1.99 million channel subscribers, and more than 70 fans participated in the online seminar.

After learning how to perform chest compressions, a so-called heart massage, from the lecturer doctor, I learned the flow of using an AED.

Inside, a video of Mr. Shirakami prepared for the seminar was released, and the message "I would be happy if you could feel a little more familiar with AED" was played.

On the foundation's website, you can download a leaflet to learn AED with Mr. Shirakami, and an explanation video will be released in the future.

A woman in her 40s who participated said, "I participated after seeing Fubu's Twitter, but it was a good opportunity. If there is another event, I will definitely participate."

Dr. Yosuke Homma of the Japan AED Foundation said, "The response on SNS was great, and there were comments such as 'I started looking for an AED nearby.' I was talking.
