The CGT is calling for two days of strikes and national and interprofessional demonstrations, on October 27 and November 10, to demand a wage increase, confederal secretary Céline Verzeletti told AFP on Friday.

Tuesday, which according to the unions brought together nearly 300,000 demonstrators with strikes in the oil, nuclear and public transport sectors, shows according to Ms. Verzeletti that "there is a dynamic".

"We don't want to let go," said the union leader, believing that the CGT is "in line with the expectations of employees".
