Tom Cruise has not finished surprising us.

After performing dizzying stunts himself for 'Mission Impossible' and piloting a fighter jet for 'Top Gun: Maverick', the 60-year-old actor is reportedly about to take a spacewalk for his next blockbuster, a $200 million action movie.

He would thus become the first civilian to walk in space.

Tom Cruise really has no limits.

“We hope to see Tom Cruise become the first civilian to go on a spacewalk”

This information had already been revealed in 2020. We knew that Tom Cruise would go to the International Space Station (ISS) to shoot a film.

But we did not know until then that the actor would perform a spacewalk outside the ISS.

This was revealed by Donna Langley, president of Universal Pictures, which produces the film, in an interview with the BBC on October 5, 2022: “Tom Cruise takes us to space. space. That's the plan (…) Take a rocket to the station, film it and hopefully see Tom Cruise become the first civilian to go on a spacewalk outside the station.”
