In late autumn in October, the halophyte salt claws on the shore of Dulan Lake National Wetland Park in Wulan County, Qinghai Province, located in the Qaidam Basin, dyed the earth red, like a huge red carpet. The blue sky, white clouds and mountains complement each other. Together with the camels who came to forage, a colorful oil painting was formed.

According to reports, salt claw is a small shrub that grows mostly on salt-alkali flats and salt lakes.

Dulan Lake National Wetland Park is located in Tongpu Town and Keke Town, Wulan County, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an altitude of 2937 meters.

With abundant water resources and lush grass, it is an ideal habitat for wild animals. The lakeside wetlands and grasslands are beautiful, and many animals such as black-necked cranes and goose antelopes, which are key national protected animals, thrive here, forming a unique animal and plant landscape.
