　　In 2022, in order to enrich the grass-roots firefighting force and curb the frequent occurrence of "small fire deaths" accidents, Taiyuan, Shanxi will set up fire safety management centers (hereinafter referred to as "fire management centers") in 10 districts (counties, cities) in the city simultaneously. More than 700 fire coordinators have been employed.

　　As a newly formed grass-roots fire force, the effect of the performance of the fire coordinator has attracted much attention from all walks of life.

On October 11, Xin Honggang, deputy director of the Xiaodian District Consumer Management Center, led a team to inspect the stores along the street, and reporters from Chinanews.com accompanied him to interview.

　　The resident population of Xiaodian District accounts for about a quarter of the total population of Taiyuan City, with more than 190,000 market entities and a huge base of operating stores, which has always been one of the difficulties in fire safety management.

In the afternoon, a restaurant had closed its noon business, and the person in charge was sitting in the store and swiping videos on his mobile phone.

In the operating room next to him, the main valve of the liquefied gas tank was not closed, and a section of the rubber hose that was more than 3 meters long connecting the gas tank and the stove was laid in the corner behind the stove.

In daily fire inspections, fire coordinators often need to climb high to find out.

　　"Boss, the rubber hose of the liquefied gas tank can't exceed 2 meters, and it can't be hidden in the corner. Let me tell you the danger of this hidden danger..." Coordinator Wang Chao listed typical cases of gas safety accidents. After the explanation, he urged the person in charge to close the main valve of the gas tank on the spot, and told him to replace the hose and re-lay it within 3 days.

　　Such inspection and training shall be carried out at least once per working day by each coordinator.

In this case, the 80 coordinators of the Xiaodian District Consumer Management Center can inspect more than 20,000 business premises every year, and the fire prevention effect cannot be underestimated.

　　However, the Xiaodian District Fire Rescue Brigade did not use this team so simply.

Because it is difficult to get out of the vicious circle of "fire prevention work alone depends on the fire department alone".

　　"Our thinking can be summed up in six words: integration, radiation, and driving." Zhao Liang, leader of the Xiaodian District Fire Rescue Brigade and director of the fire pipe center, introduced that only by integrating coordinators into various industry departments, streets, and towns, radiating all Communities, rural areas, especially business places, let grass-roots personnel know how to prevent fires, and ultimately drive more people to pay attention to and pay attention to firefighting.

　　In addition, the fire management center feeds back the detected fire hazards to the industry department and its affiliated streets every week; it conducts rectification "look back" every two weeks; a special report is formed every month, and the rectification of hidden dangers in the current month is reported to the district government and notified.

　　Zhao Liang introduced that the combination of the above-mentioned four measures is the "1, 7, 15, 30" working mechanism explored by the Xiaodian District Elimination Pipe Center, which can ensure a closed-loop rectification of fire hazards.

　　During the fire inspection and publicity training that day, Wang Chao and other 4 coordinators went to 6 stores along the street to investigate 8 fire hazards such as unauthorized wiring of electrical wires, irregular use of gas stoves, and incense burners being too close to combustibles. 5 on the spot rectification.

　　Wang Chao said that the parties were very cooperative in the inspection and training that day.

"Sometimes, some parties are unwilling to cooperate, and it takes some trouble to carry out inspection training."

　　Previously, during the inspection of an electric bicycle repair shop on Tiyu Road in Taiyuan City, Wang Chao and his party found that the shop was burning incense and candles were lit beside it, but the party concerned kept not cooperating with the coordinator on the grounds that he was "busy at work".

　　"After receiving the coordinator's report, our consumption management center notified the local street office in a timely manner, and the street office then arranged for community staff to cooperate with the coordinator to visit the door again to urge rectification." Xin Honggang introduced.

　　Three days later, when Wang Chao and community staff reviewed the store, the illegal use of fire remained.

This time, the parties were surprised: "I didn't expect you to be so serious." Immediately, the incense-burning equipment was removed on the spot.

　　"For some dangerous fire hazards, if the party refuses to rectify, we will also report it to the (small shop) district fire rescue brigade for investigation." Xin Honggang said, because the fire management center only has the functions of inspection and persuasion, but not law enforcement. This can play a "law enforcement bottom" role.

　　From September 1st to September 30th, the 80 coordinators of the Xiaodian District Consumer Control Center have been officially on duty for one month.

In the meantime, they handed over such a report card: inspected 1,873 business premises, checked 2,531 fire hazards, completed 2015 rectifications, and the rest are urging rectification.

　　"The daily inspection and training of the consumption management center is not the end, and it will be further extended." Zhao Liang told reporters that fire stations have been established in all streets and towns in Xiaodian District. They will continue to explore and improve the working mechanism for the next step.
