In this context, an episode of “Shabakat” program (10/2022) highlighted a clip that spread on the “Tik Tok” platform of a 3-year-old Jordanian girl crying at her mother’s grave, and the person filming the clip asks her why she is there, and she responds crying because the wife of Her father kicked her out of the house, and continues in tears that her father does not believe her when he comes back from work and tells him that his wife is beating and abusing her.

However, the surprising thing in the matter is the statement published by the General Security in Jordan, which revealed that everything that was mentioned in the video is a lie and slander, and that the one who filmed the child is her father, and that the child is in very good health, and her mother is alive.

As for the reason for creating this dramatic video, it was viewed and profited, according to what the father admitted to the Public Security who summoned him for investigation.

And the Jordanian security said in a tweet to him, "Through investigations and information gathering, the identity of the girl and the location of the video was determined, and her father was arrested after it was found that the girl is in good health, and her mother is alive, and her father admitted that he filmed her in this sad and fabricated case to publish the clip through the communication sites." And he garnered high views.

Commenting on the incident, the tweeter, Arwa, criticized the behavior, and said, "I mean, her father, because of the observations and expenses of his daughter's tears, and how he forced her to act like this."

While Saeed sees that poverty and destitution are behind this video, he wrote, "You will see many methods of begging and fraud to obtain money, and most of that is only due to the severity of poverty and destitution."

In turn, Balsam of Oblivion called on parents to fear God in their children, and she tweeted, "I mean, one is talking about what I know how to exploit his child in such a circumstance, oh little fear of God, because the viewers fear God for your children."

Nadia Ahmed called for preserving children's feelings, and wrote, "Even with children's feelings, they play, so give people a small space to believe after a while about any incidents of domestic violence."

On the other hand, Muhammad does not see any problem in the circulating clip, and he tweeted, "I do not see it as a crime worthy of prosecution. There are many fabricated clips and films with the aim of attracting attention and on all sites."

It is noteworthy that Jordanian law punishes with imprisonment from 3 months to a year anyone who is found driving a minor under 16 years of age to beg and collect alms, or encourages him to do so, and also according to the Child Protection Law that prevents his exploitation.
