And you, as a business owner, how do you ask your employees to do their best for the sake of the work before you offer them their rights, and provide them with the ingredients to achieve your goals and aspirations?!
In many cases, we find that there is a problem for many in estimating the rights that they demand of others, so you find those who demand to obtain the job and the public position without having worked hard to reach it, and you find those who demand their rights to a decent life while sitting still and motionless, and this takes us For an important point, which is that we do not link between what we want and wish for and what we must offer to get what we want. You find a project owner who wants his project to succeed without presenting the new to his customers or dealers, and you find a writer who wants to become an author of an audio opinion and his words are taken into account in the community without presenting to his readers. What benefits them and adds to their lives, it is true that every person has the right to have the status and status he wants in society, but everything has a tax or effort that must be presented, and this is your duty towards your wishes, demands and endeavors, to submit to take, pay to get, this is the law of life Work and success, and also the law of social relations if we want them to be on the right track.
We must realize that we have to put our duties ahead of our rights in order to obtain them fully, and if we apply this to all aspects of our lives, we will change for the better..
