The expert warns of the dangers of foods with a high glycemic index, such as soft pasta, white rice, sausages, sauces and sauces.

She explained that excessive intake of foods containing a high percentage of hidden sugar leads to a high level of glucose in the blood, which in addition to weight gain, causes damage to blood vessels and the risk of insulin resistance or diabetes.
