Recently, a brown bear, a national second-class protected animal, was injured and trapped in a villager's home in Baicheng County, Xinjiang. At present, the brown bear has been sent to the Baicheng County Wildlife Rescue Station for professional rehabilitation treatment.
On October 8, at the Baicheng County Wildlife Rescue Station, after inspection, the brown bear was seriously injured on the head and the middle of the legs while fighting with other wild animals.
Veterinarians in Baicheng County performed suture surgery on the wound and will be released into nature after he recovers.
