In parallel with this decision, I resorted to cinema, films, and comedy theater shows in search of laughter, so I discovered the art of (stand-up comedy), and the experience of Jordanian comedian Iman Khalouf.

And Salama continued: "I was impressed by her performance and her high sense of comedy and became a permanent follower of her various shows, until the coincidence led me to get to know her closely, at that time I noticed the belief of my humorous talent, so she advised me to join the school of Emirati artist and comedian Ali Al Sayed (Dubomidi), which is the first improvisational comedy school. With an Arab perspective at the regional level, my training lasted for six continuous months, during which I learned the basics of the comedy experience and its arts, and some of its most important rules in order to decide to go through the experience and change people’s lives.”

About the challenges that Salama faced, and the vision of family and friends to enter a difficult field that women rarely enter in the Emirates, the Emirati artist indicated that she was understood by everyone for her desire in the field, stressing that most of them knew since childhood her old comic talent in imitating others and always creating funny stories and situations.

Noting, on the other hand, that she inherited the Egyptian "witness" from her mother, to later reinforce it with wonderful stories from her Emirati father, stressing also his great understanding of her decisions and appreciation for her artistic experience by saying: "I am my mother's lover... and my father's spoiler, who is always keen to open the door for dialogue with me and my question." Regarding the audience’s acceptance of her experience, Salama said: “I feel happy for the audience’s reactions and the light comic paragraphs I present. As for vitriolic criticism and bullying on digital spaces, I overlook most of it and always deal with it comfortably to focus on constructive criticism and motivating comments that push me forward.”
