On October 7, a brown bear, a second-class national protected animal, slipped into the home of a villager in Heiyingshan Township, Baicheng County, Xinjiang. After much tossing, the brown bear was finally put into an iron cage.
After inspection, the brown bear was severely bitten by other animals at the intersection of its hind legs, and the wounds were inflamed and festering.
At present, the brown bear has been sent to Baicheng County Wildlife Rescue Station for professional rehabilitation treatment, and will be released into nature after recovery.
