In 2013, the annual average concentration of PM2.5 in Beijing was 89.5 micrograms per cubic meter. By 2021, the annual average concentration will be only 33 micrograms per cubic meter, a decrease of 63.1%.

Except for PM2.5, the annual average concentrations of PM10, NO2 and SO2 have stably reached the national secondary standard for many years.

　　In 2021, the number of days with good air in Beijing will reach 288, accounting for 78.9%, an increase of 112 days compared with 2013; the number of days with heavy pollution is only 8 days, and citizens can enjoy more blue sky and white clouds.
