The separation seems off the table for the time being.

As it became known on Thursday, Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin have withdrawn their divorce application.

Flavin, who married the actor more than 25 years ago, filed a plea in Palm Beach, Fla., District Court in late August.

The 54-year-old model said her marriage to Stallone was "irretrievably destroyed."

That seems to have changed in the past few weeks.

The couple were spotted holding hands again after legal skirmishes over real estate and assets that Stallone, 76, was said to be trying to keep safe from a divorce.

“They met at home, talked and worked out their problems.

"They are both extremely happy again," a source told the New York Post.

Stallone, who won a Golden Globe six years ago for the boxing film Creed: Rocky's Legacy, met Flavin in 1988 at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California.

After a few separations and reconciliations and the birth of their daughter Sophia, the couple walked down the aisle in 1997.

A year later daughter Sistine was born, four years later her sister Scarlet.
