Dubai Culture and Arts Authority “Dubai Culture” has announced the launch of the third season of the “e-learning initiative” in cooperation with “LinkedIn”, the largest professional network in the world, to provide professional development opportunities for members of the creative community in the UAE via the LinkedIn educational platform. Interested innovators and creative entrepreneurs to register in the initiative and benefit from the accompanying courses and workshops;

To hone and enhance their skills and develop their business.

Starting this month, innovators will be able to complete and track courses related to their fields and interests by registering on the educational platform and benefiting from more than 16,000 courses on business management, technology and creative skills that the initiative provides free of charge through the LinkedIn educational platform.

Shaima Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications Department at Dubai Culture, said: “The partnership between the authority and LinkedIn comes in its third year as part of the authority’s efforts to provide pioneering digital platforms and programs to develop creative talents in the UAE, where it has supported members of the creative community over the past two years. In the face of the challenges posed by the (Covid-19) pandemic, it enabled them to virtually access a large number of specialized educational courses and materials from their homes.”

Al Suwaidi added:

In the new version of the third edition of the "e-learning" initiative, workshops will be organized aimed at enhancing the knowledge of creators about creative and professional fields in cooperation with "LinkedIn" and universities and artistic and cultural institutions in Dubai.

The topics of these workshops revolve around how to create a professional CV file on the LinkedIn platform, which enables the creator to showcase his services and creative skills to a network of local and international institutions and companies on the platform, as well as review the educational options provided by the initiative.
