If you want a pad Thai, a jambalya, a bo bun or a curry like there, there is a good chance that you will find what you are looking for in the Five Continents.

In Crès (Hérault), near Montpellier, this real Ali Baba's cave, temple of globetrotters, was voted Best delicatessen in France at the Gourmet Sélection fair in Paris.

In this store, opened in 2015, there are thousands of products, often unpublished in France, from all over the world: spreads, unusual beers and sodas, prepared meals, unusual spices, crisps or all kinds of soups.

Weakened in recent years by the closure of borders during the Covid-19 crisis, the Les Cinq Continents grocery store has now regained its colors.

Thanks to expatriates, who want to “find the products from home”, confides Claude Faliu, the founder of the grocery store.

But especially travel lovers, who “return from Thailand, and who want to eat a pad Thai again!

smiles the grocer.
