A video taken by a man in his 20s who was visiting Hakodate, Hokkaido, shows the city calling for evacuation after a missile launch was announced via disaster prevention radio.
The man said, ``Right after I received the area mail, I was told that a missile had been launched over the disaster prevention radio. I was watching, but there was no big confusion."
