Higanbana blooming about 300 meters along the road in Katsuura Town, Tokushima Prefecture, delights visitors at their peak.

Higanbana is a perennial herb that is also known as "Manjushage", and it blooms bright red flowers around the equinoctial week of autumn every year.



In the Hoshitani district of Katsuura Town, Tokushima Prefecture, the Higanbana trees planted by the locals along the road are in full bloom, dyeing the embankment bright red for about 300 meters.

Locally, it is known as a famous spot for amaryllidaceae, and visitors took pictures of the amaryllidum, which shined against the blue sky of autumn and the greenery of the surrounding area.



A visitor from Yoshinogawa City, Tokushima Prefecture said, "It was the first time I was able to come when the flowers were in full bloom. It was very beautiful and I was satisfied."
