According to JR East, due to vehicle trouble on the first outbound train that occurred around 7:00 am, the Tadami Line was suspended for more than 4 hours in some sections in Fukushima Prefecture, but around 11:11 am. resumed driving.
The JR Tadami Line had just resumed operation on October 1st for the first time in 11 years after some sections were suspended due to heavy rain disasters.
