China News Service, Lhasa, October 1 (Reporter Zhao Lang) The Tibetan official released "Several Temporary Measures to Stabilize the Economy" on the evening of September 30. The measures mentioned that the fifth round of "Winter Tour Tibet" incentive and subsidy policies will be introduced. The issuance of local tourism consumption coupons will be resumed, and all tourist attractions of grade A and above will be exempted from tourist tickets for permanent residents of Tibet until March 15, 2023. Conditional cities can implement annual tourism discount cards for the whole region.
What is of concern is that during the epidemic, the anti-epidemic personnel in Tibet will enjoy the policy of free tickets for travel throughout Tibet for life.
