The presence of Listeria monocytogenes above the regulatory threshold has been detected, Conso Reminder alert.
This is the artisanal sausage from the Ardèche IGP 300 grams, sold in plastic film or without packaging.
The affected lot is 22331 with a minimum durability date set between November 6, 2022 and November 20, 2022. This product was sold between September 6 and September 26, 2022 by Leclerc, Intermarché, Super U and Hyper U stores.
