Bouygues Telecom confirmed to the newspaper that the invoice did not contain any error and that it respected the packages and options subscribed by the couple.

The couple had a great rate up to 5 GB but would have consumed 6.5 GB in Turkey.

The couple have already paid the sum of 751 euros to keep their lines but dispute the invoice.
