On the same day, Zhan Hongge, vice president of Shijiazhuang Elite Group Education Research Institute and cultural and historical consultant of Shenyang Political Consultative Conference, donated to the museum the newspapers and outside newspapers that Japan had collected for many years after the "September 18" Incident. The details of how the Japanese Kwantung Army attacked the Beida Camp on the night of "September 18" and occupied Shenyang City are historical witnesses of the Japanese aggressors' conspiracy to launch the "September 18" Incident, and they are all made public for the first time.

It is reported that this is the 29th time since 1994 that Zhan Hongge has donated collections to the Shenyang "September 18" History Museum.

At the same time, Zhan Hongge also donated two collections of Jiangsu collector Zhang Lin, bonds issued during the Manchurian period, to the Shenyang "September 18" History Museum. This is the third time Zhang Lin has donated collections to the museum.

These two bonds were issued by the Puppet Manchukuo and Japan's Southern Manchuria Railway Co., Ltd. respectively, which is an important demonstration of Japan's economic plundering of the Northeast region.

At the donation ceremony, Zhan Hongge said that these precious cultural relics are of special significance as irrefutable evidence of Japanese militarism launching a war of aggression.

Displaying them in museums is their best destination, which can better exert their value and educate future generations.

Zhang Yunfeng, deputy director of Shenyang "September 18" History Museum, said that this donation is a concrete manifestation of the continuous inheritance of patriotic spirit. The donated historical materials of the Anti-Japanese War themes are intuitive in content, clear in theme, and have important historical and research value. The collection of the museum plays an important role in filling the gaps in the types of related cultural relics, and provides new content and historical data support for the museum's academic research and exhibition arrangement.

The museum will properly keep these cultural relics and historical materials, earnestly study and excavate the intrinsic value of cultural relics, and play their due significance and role.
