Hurricane Ian seems to have reunited Gisèle Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady, at least temporarily.

As the hurricane hit Florida's west coast on Tuesday with winds exceeding 125 miles per hour, the quarterback brought his children Vivian and Benjamin from his marriage to the model, and his son Jack from a previous relationship with Tampa actress Bridget Moynahan Miami safe.

As a source told People magazine, Bundchen is also sitting out the hurricane with the family on their shared property on Florida's east coast.

The 42-year-old Brazilian has been living separately from Brady for a few weeks.

Acquaintances attribute the crisis after 13 years of marriage to the quarterback's decision to continue playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a brief departure from the National Football League (NFL) in February.

Since the weekend, meteorologists have been warning of "Ian", one of the most devastating hurricanes in recent decades.

Authorities urged more than 2.5 million Sunshine State residents to get to safety.
