A 33-year-old temporary worker was arrested by the police on the 3rd of this month on suspicion of stealing two bags of frozen dumplings priced at 1,000 yen each at an unmanned dumpling store in Tatebayashi.
Regarding this man, the Ota branch of the Maebashi District Public Prosecutors Office decided not to indict him on the 27th as a result of the investigation.
Prosecutors have not disclosed the reason for the non-prosecution.
