Keiji Yamada (61), a representative audit committee member of Chiba City, was arrested.

In the process of investigating another drug case by the Kanagawa Prefectural Police, the representative audit committee surfaced, and when they searched the house on the 26th, stimulants were found in the pocket of the jacket, and a positive reaction was found in the subsequent urine test.
