Property seized by the courts sold at auction in Essonne

The judicial court of Évry-Courcouronnes (Essonne) is soon organizing two auctions of real estate seized by justice in the department.

For this second sale, 11 lots are offered for prices starting at 13,000 euros.

Visits will be possible.

Five apartments in Grigny

Among the properties is a 101.69 m2 dwelling (Carrez law area: 54.89 m2) with a garage in Breuillet.

The starting price is set at 28,000 euros.

Two premises for commercial use are offered as a lot in the same city for a starting bet of 30,000 euros.

A 75 m2 apartment in Etampes will also be on sale from 37,000 euros.

There is also a large house of more than 200 m2 in Ballancourt-sur-Essonne (from 138,000 euros), a T5 apartment in Massy (100,000 euros) as well as a hangar converted into a dwelling Vigneux-sur-Seine (60,000 euros ).

Finally, five apartments are offered in Grigny between 13,100 and 45,000 euros.
