【Live】6.6 (seconds)

[Explanation] The 9-year-old boy in front of him is named Jiang Zirui, and he has been learning Rubik's Cube for 3 years.

On September 25, in the studio of teacher Changchun, Jilin, he restored a disturbed third-order Rubik's cube in only 6.6 seconds, which surprised everyone on the scene.

The current world record should be 4.73 seconds, but we have also seen the average score on our official website, which is between 6 seconds and 7 seconds (between).

Zi Rui's score of more than 6 seconds this time is because we used a random scramble formula (shuffle the Rubik's cube) in our usual practice, and we passed a solution (to achieve a score of 6 seconds).

Even if the same solution is given to us, or given to different children and Rubik's Cube (lovers), it is difficult for them to achieve 6 seconds.

Because this 6 seconds is not only about hand speed and solution, but also your reaction ability, as well as the complete cooperation of your hands, brains, eyes and hearts.

[Explanation] In 2019, Jiang Zirui began to contact and learn Rubik's Cube.

In the first year, Jiang Zirui needed 2 minutes to restore a third-order Rubik's Cube, and recently his score has been stable at around 12 seconds.

In order to improve the completion speed, Jiang Zirui spent a lot of spare time doing research and discussions with the teacher.

The reporter saw at the scene that Jiang Zirui's hands in operating the Rubik's Cube did not freeze, and he restored the Rubik's Cube with incredible speed.

Qin He said that in these 6.6 seconds, Jiang Zirui completed more than 30 operation steps.

That is to say, the child can effectively twist the Rubik's cube at least 5 times in one second.

For example, in the original CFOP (third-order Rubik's Cube), we solved 60 steps and slowly reduced it to 55 steps. We only used 34 steps for the 6-second solution just now.

[Explanation] Nowadays, more and more children like Jiang Zirui like to play Rubik's Cube, and they can also play some jigsaw puzzles using Rubik's Cube together.

Jiang Zirui's mother believes that it is very important to respect children's interests and hobbies and encourage them as they make progress. This can cultivate children's self-confidence and concentration and allow them to grow up healthily.

It takes a long time to accumulate, and I hope that he will continue to maintain this state of learning in the future, and it will get better and better in the future.
