Have you always dreamed of having an orange pilot suit, a bit like that of Bruce Willis in

Armageddon

 ?

A window and cabin seats to reenact the mythical scenes of

Is there a pilot on the plane?

Your dreams can come true by purchasing one of the 380 lots of A380s put up for sale at auctions organized by Airbus on October 13, 14 and 15 in Toulouse and on the Internet.

After the sale of Concorde parts, the European aircraft manufacturer decided to part with several pieces of its A380 MSN13, an aircraft which entered service in 2008 and which could carry up to 489 passengers.

It was deconstructed in 2021 by the company Tarmac Aerosave, which manages to recycle up to 90% of the device.

And this auction should make it possible to give an original second life to these fuselage parts, engine tail cone or even cockpit sidesticks.

Join the #A380 auction on Oct. 13th-15th, and get your own piece of this iconic legend ✈️!

There is something for everyone, including a unique collection designed in collaboration with amazing artists.👩‍🎨

From toaster to toilet seat are for sale

If fans of the Airbus superjumbo, whose production stopped last year, will rush to aviation parts, fans of original parts will not be left out.

Why not buy an extraordinary toaster, estimated between 400 and 600 euros?

We find pell-mell in the lots a cot, an emergency ax (which, we hope, has never worked) or even a toilet seat, with a singular shape.

From the pen which could find a buyer at 50 euros to the bar in the business cabin, the sale of which is estimated at between 20,000 and 30,000 euros, there is something for all budgets.

If the parts are standard from the A380, some are unique since they have been painted by graffiti artists, such as these trolleys intended for rest on which the artists Xerou and Sport have redesigned with epoxy sprays.

The scraps of raw material used to manufacture the A380 have even been used to make skateboards, surfboards or longboards.

A few years ago, a sale of Concorde pieces brought in more than 3.2 million euros.

The benefits of this will be managed by the Airbus Foundation and the AIRitage association, which work in humanitarian missions but also to safeguard aeronautical heritage.
